- Please include your tax bill voucher with payment.
- Tax receipts provided with a self-addressed stamped envelope.

- Mail: 21481 W. Peet Rd., Elsie, MI 48831. No postmarks accepted. Payment must be received by the due date.
- Lockbox: Located at the north end of Town Hall. (Secured mail slot in end of building).
- In person to treasurer: Monday, December 29th 2025 and Monday, March 2nd, 2026. 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Monthly Board meetings are held on the second Monday of each month at the Chapin Township Hall 21481 W. Peet Rd. Elsie MI 48831 at 7:00p.m. If you would like to have an issue discussed you may do so by contacting the Township clerk one(1) week prior to the meeting to have it put on the Agenda.

THE MEETING WILL HELD IN THE CHAPIN TOWNSHIP HALL LOCATED AT 21481 W. PEET RD, UNLESS NOTICE TO THE CONTRARY IS OTHERWISE GIVEN PURSUANT TO ACT 267, MICHIGAN PUBLIC ACTS OF 1976 AS AMENDED.
ALL MEETINGS WILL CONDUCT AT 7:30 P.M.
THE PUBLIC IS INVITED. PEOPLE WISHING TO ADDRESS THE MEETING SHALL GIVE NOTICE TO THE TOWNSHIP CLERK FOUR (4) DAYS PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED MEETING.
36oz. mosquito granules are available to Chapin Twp. residents once a month. Granules are for treating standing water only.
